Using Swagbucks, you fill out surveys, do web searches, complete offers from top brands and play games in order to get what are called swaybacks, hence the name of the website.
Filling out a certain number of surveys will give you 60 to 100 Swagbucks depending on the nature of the survey. If you sign up with Swagbucks (which is free to join), take a few surveys, and go up to the right-hand side of the webpage where swaybacks are posted and click the little box, the number of swaybacks will refresh to the reflect the number of Swagbucks that you earned from each survey or other activity.
You will also find that everyday, there are daily polls where you answer the question the swag-team has for you and then it could possibly be followed up with a short video to watch completely to earn a total of two swag-bucks. On the Swag-bucks homepage, there are cards of offers, video opportunities, survey opportunities, and more posted which can earn you any number of Swagbucks. The possibilities are endless. At the end of the day, it's good to check on the left-hand side of the Swagbucks homepage to see if you have hit and/or surpassed the daily goal of Swagbucks earnings that they set for you. Typically, Swagbuck goals are between 50 and 120 per day.
After sticking with it for a month or so, you'll see that you're swag-bucks have grown considerably. Generally, a person could make anywhere from 500-2500 Swagbucks a month on average. At this rate, you are eligible for a number of rewards in the Rewards Store to the right on the homepage. You click the link and it takes you to a various assortment of gift cards for various levels. The cheapest gift cards are worth $5 and cost 450-500 Swagbucks depending on the brand. You go and click on the card you want. Filling Out Featured Surveys
This may appear to be a somewhat natural and increasingly popular way to generate a massive amount of Swagbucks in record time. Although, for some, it is the most widely missed opportunity to earn some much-needed progress toward that next gift card. The surveys on Swagbucks are often worth 40 to 60 Swagbucks, sometimes more. The only con with the surveys is that they could disqualify you for the survey you are trying to complete for any reason. The only advice that can be given, should this happen to you, is to keep trying survey after survey until you get an award. To make the effort seem less of a wasted opportunity, try surveys with a smaller award amount. On the window housing the surveys, there will be various profile surveys to the right of the bigger survey opportunities. Choose those to steadily build up your amount of Swagbucks. Combine these smaller profile surveys with the occasional, bigger survey opportunity and soon, you will be at the amount that is plausible enough to get your next gift card.
Playing Games Repeatedly
Another Swagbucks earning strategy is to play games on a repeating basis. Go under the 'Games' section of the Swagbucks website and check out the various games that they have. If you are a beginner using Swagbucks, always go for free entry into the games. By free entry, it means that entering a game will not cost you any of your previously earned Swagbucks to play and earn more. Just go to the game you want and click the 'Play for Free' button on the game screen and you will be directed to the game. Most of the games on Swagbucks award anywhere from two to ten or more Swagbucks per game.
There are also multiplayer and progressive competitions that you can enter for a varying range of Swagbuck fees. The lowest fee is two Swagbucks for the first multiplayer series on up 500 or more Swagbucks for the ten or more multiplayer series or the weekly progressive series. The upside to these series is that you earn significantly more Swagbucks with each tournament you play.
Making Extensive Use of the Search Function
Another way to get more Swagbucks faster is to make extensive use of the Search Function. Do a wide series of searches multiple times a day to earn more quicker. When you click the 'Search' on the Swagbucks site, a search bar much like that of Google will come up with various categories at the top, from left to right: Web, Images, Videos, News, and Products.
Watching Mini-Series
On the Swagbucks website, there is a 'Watch' tab at the top of the main menu. If you click on that 'Watch' tab, a page full of different series sorted out by category, from entertainment and awards to Swagbucks TV to Music Videos and Cooking videos, some of which are exclusively generated by topic. Pick which topic of video is best for your interests. Watch the videos. Earn the Swagbucks.
Doing Daily Polls
Remember to "check in" with the Daily Polls, that asks questions about things we do or don't do on a regular basis. Each of these Daily Polls earns you one Swagbuck. Man times, the Daily Polls will come up with other short videos for you to watch that could earn you from 2 to 4 Swagbucks.
The NOSO
The NOSO is a platform Swagbucks uses to get you into great deals on restaurants and grocery stores that feature your favorite brands from Pepsi to Coke. What you do is go up to the top of the site and click the drop down for rewards or go to the left side of the site. There will be three check marks signifying Daily Polls, Toolbar, and the NOSO. Click the check mark for NOSO and you’ll be taken to a page that will show you how to start earning on the deals Swagbucks has to offer.
Then you click the orange start button in the middle of the NOSO process page. That will take you to a page of different survey and offer sites, each with a yes or no radio button next to them. Click through which offers you want to sign up for and go through the on-screen instructions and commands to sign up for each offer. After each offer is done, you will receive Swagbucks for each offer. Combining all of these methods, you’ll make quite a few Swagbucks without spending any money.
Paid Offers
The best way to get the highest amount of Swagbucks is to participate fully in paid offers. On the front page and throughout almost every area of the Swagbucks website, there are tons of paid offers that you could partake in from car insurance quote offers that will award from 120 to 200 Swagbucks to Saveology and Internet hosts like Godaddy that will award from 500-1010 Swagbucks upon sign up and purchase of the services that their sites offer.
